Paolo Lettieri
Principal Architect of UPA and UPA Italia Mananging Partner
Born in Varese (Italy), Paolo Lettieri graduated in Architecture at the Polytechnic of Milan with Professor Dezzi Bardeschi. He graduated in executive course at MiP - Graduate School of Business Milan, in Real Estate. He has gained more than 20 years of experience in international firms such as that of Dante O. Benini & Partners Architects and engineering companies. He has always been interested in digital services and He is experimenter with new IT technologies for the Real Estate like Blockchain for RE. He designed and built several projects such as Hospitals, Schools, Public and Private Building, Hospitality and Leisure Facilities, Industrial Building and Masterplan in Italy, UAE, Russia, Iraq, Qatar, Jordan. He Founded UPA Italia in Milan.
Aswan Ibrahim Zubaidi
UPA Abu Dhabi Director and UPA Italia Partner
Born in Baghdad (Iraq) and studied in Baghdad University (Masters in Science of Architecture).
Has more than 40 years of practice in UAE and in Ministerial Departments in Iraq. Professional experience includes working in Baghdad and various other international firms in UAE like Hill International, WS Atkins in Dubai and Abu Dhabi as Project Leader, Project Manager and Architecture Deparment Director, developing numerous projects all over Middle-East. He Founded UPA Consultancy LLC in Abu Dhabi an Iraq and UPA Italia in Milan.
