In over fifteen years, our Italian-Emirati studio has designed and built throughout the Middle East and most of Europe and Central Asia.
We have offices in Italy, the United Arab Emirates and Iraq and numerous partnerships in many of the countries where we have designed.
After working across 3 continents, UPA has finally entered into an exciting and brilliant new partnership with MMDI STUDIO by Michelina Mottolese based in Miami, Florida, for exciting jobs in USA.
We started the collaboration by working on high-level interior design projects and are focused on expanding and empowering this important partnership.
Working together we understand that we share the same goals that we are both focused on understanding and solving the needs of customers and those who will use the buildings we have designed and on giving customers a first class service.

We at UPA have explored new possibilities over time such as LEED environmental certification since 2011, the use of BIM for complete projects since 2015, the possible use of BlockChain technology in Real Estate processes since 2018 and now we are exploring the use of 3D printers for the direct construction of buildings.
We are exploring this technology with a new cooperation with the Architect Andrea Palazzo of the APA studio in Prague.
The Architect Palazzo, after studying at the Polytechnic of Milan, moved to the Czech Republic in 2005 and opened his own studio in Prague.
With over two hundred projects realized on the Czech territory, he carries out teaching activities as an external consultant for the Design department of the VOSUP and SUPS Higher School of Applied Arts and at the FSv ČVUT Engineering University, where he is pursuing a PhD in the construction of buildings with 3D printers.
