In a very nice area overlooking the sea, the client decided to develop four high quality holiday Residential Units. UPA created a special design with transparent facades inspired by the shape of sails to maximize the view of the sea. At the same time the back facades were designed in a stone shell way to provide privacy for the owners.

The Holiday villas were designed with two floors: all bedrooms are on the First  Floor, leaving the Ground Level for public services with a top quality design of interiors and selection of furniture.
