In the center of Milano, should be done refurbishment of a residential luxury building built during seventies placed in an internal courtyard. The new owner wants to cut the existing building into new smaller, more commercial and more contemporary flats. Each flats will have its own private lift entering directly into. The design will be pure modern contemporary reflecting the original age of the building: the seventies.
