This important building was originally designed to be within the compound of Abu Dhabi Ladies Club, but then the Client chose to locate it in another area to provide the club members with better privacy.

The project includes a 40X60m Ballroom to host maximum 1000 guests, together with a well equipped 600 seat auditorium of highest standards.

Along with all supporting facilities and services, a fully equipped kitchen for luxurious dining facilities is available.

The foyer and public spaces are designed with a sophisticated interior design and high-quality finishings, in addition to pre-functional areas and main relaxation and gathering areas.

The project includes also an underground parking for 250 cars, whose entrance is designed to harmonise with the landscape and water featured in the outdoor environment.

The wavy façade elements were designed to create a dynamic shape by mixing stone cladding and transparent glass.
